Sharon Chatten has been teaching ongoing acting classes and private coaching since 1980 in Los Angeles and New York. From 1980-1988, she led the Sharon Chatten Studio in NYC and taught at the Lee Strasberg Theatre Institute, as well as for Warren Robertson and Larry Moss, before relocating her studio to Los Angeles in 1988.

She is a lifetime member of both The Actors Studio (since 1975) and Ensemble Studio Theatre (since 1980), and participated in the founding seasons of the Sundance Film Institute at Robert Redford’s invitation. Sharon has taught and lectured at institutions including Yale, Stanford, USC, and UC Santa Barbara, and served on panels for SAG and AFTRA.

Micki Caruso-McGinnis brings over 25 years of experience in the entertainment industry — including 18 years as a talent manager. A longtime protégé of Sharon, training under her for years, Micki blends industry insight with a deep understanding of the art and craft of acting. Her teaching style and keen eye have proved invaluable to actors.
